You will get a refund when this is completed - usually the same day photos are received. Please take clear in-focus photos. Damaged items need to be reported ASAP - not within 30 days...30 days is for a \"return\", not a damaged item.
Handling Time: This is when your item is due to ship. It requires 2 full business days to put your item in the mail. This does not included weekends, or postal holidays. Most the time, they will go sooner, but we have a \"buffer\" of this time frame.
