Vintage Antique Napier Silver Pat Pending Antique Locket - Key Chain - Phone Address Book with written text inside. It has a small chain with it, I don’t know what type of metal that is.This“locket” key chain phone - address book with penciled text inside is very unusual. It is 1” wdith x 1 1/2” tall x 1/4” H. I didn’t try to clean up the silver but I did google this thing to see if Chat GPT would have some description and it came up with:
