Unmarked from areas I can see.
This is a E & JB (Jennings Brothers)
\'Empire Art Gold\' manufacture.
Inside lid and base completely lined.

Beige velveteen stains, small holes, dust, discolorations.

Age discolorations and patina spots on sides.
I think metal is brass, has not been tested.
