YOU MAY BE ABLE TO EVEN THE DISCOLORATION OUT SOME BUT NOT SURE IT WILL EVER BE PERFECT WITHOUT DISTURBING THE GOLD LETTERING. I AM NOT SURE WHY SOMEONE DID THIS.
