Description Beautiful antique wall plaque featuring a lady draped in a flowing length of fabric standing on a lily pad with flowers and cattails around her. Very Art Nouveau. She looks like a mythological goddess. The piece is made of some type of heavy plaster or maybe chalkware but it seems to be too heavy for chalk and is sturdier too. Is rectangular in shape and measures 12" tall, 5" wide, and 1" thick-the can of Coke is for a sizing reference. It has a metal rod for hanging embedded in the backside and is a bronze brown in color. In nice vintage condition-looks good for its age. Lovely piece for fans of the Art Nouveau era!
