If your item was not “delivered” but technically delivered via tracking…look around for your package - contact your local delivery service and ask for assistance. We do not live near you so we can’t find the package for you; do not open a claim because you can’t find an item - your item is insured so worse case we will file a insurance claim with the shipper.
