This is a vintage American Beauty model 79-AB electric iron. As you can see there is no power cord, so I have not been able to test this unit, but as you can also see, it doesn\'t have any rust or dents on it. The red plastic handle is in excellent shape. The glass on the temperature gauge is cracked (see pic), but it would still make a beautiful showpiece or stage prop. Heck, if you are handy enough to fix the cord, you could put a cord on it and possibly have a working iron.
