You are purchasing the exact item shown. See photos for condition.I do not know the age, but it appears old. I see no markings so I assume this is SILVER PLATED or NO SILVER or at best WEIGHTED-SILVER. There are scuffs, scratches, soiling, etc. and the glass frame doesn\'t appear perfectly round, maybe from being dinged or maybe just hand-made makes it that way. Final picture shows me pointing it towards a window so you could see the glass better.
