Up for sale is a vintage 8 transistor AM radio made in Japan by Aiwa. It is Model AR-853, which - according to the website of \"radiomuseum\" - dates to 1964. It comes with the original leather case and strap.

IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS RADIO IS NOT IN WORKING CONDITION. I AM NOT AN EXPERT IN VINTAGE RADIOS BUT IT IS CLEARLY MISSING THE TUNING DIAL. I BELIEVE THAT IT IS ALSO MISSING THE ELECTRONIC TUNER. THERE MAY BE OTHER ISSUES AS WELL; I AM NOT ABLE TO TEST ANY OF THE COMPONENTS THAT ARE STILL PRESENT.
