Vintage AIDS WALK \"From all walks of life\" Pinback Button Boston June 3rd 1989 For Sale

Onthe block: One (1) vintage AIDS WALK \"From all walks of life\" Boston June 3rd 1989souvenir pinback

button. Itmeasures approx 2 inchesfromside to side andtop to bottom. It features a white background

with a vivid multicolor logo from the event. It is dated on the front in red.Multi shell pressed construction

withboardbackandspring pin. No makers marks.In good used condition with marks commensurate of a

30+ year old button. This one has some nicks on it, top edge and near the bottom and bottom edge. There

is one mark starting just above the \"90\" in \"1990\" and extending down to the bottom of the button that

has removed some of the color. No gouges. Great colors. See pics.

In 1986,\"From All Walks of Life\" was the first fundraiser walk for AIDS based in Boston. Later it became the

\"AIDS Walk Boston\". It has raised over $40M and draws thousands of participants annually. It is now known

as \"Strides for Action\".
