Vintage multi size pattern including sizes 18.5 and 20.5. You cut the pattern on the line that corresponds with the size you need

Estimated modern 14-16 - but please look at measurements shown in photo of back of envelope to confirm

This appears to be uncut and unused with instructions intact. There is wear to the envelope (including writing on envelope).
