For sale is a vintage 5 piece Matryoshka Russian Nesting Dolls set. This set is from the 1990’s and was made in Russia. It is made of balsa wood. The artist used a wood burning technique for the design. It is quite beautiful. The hand painted faces are stunning. The main paint color is burgundy with gold accents. The largest doll is 6.5” tall. There is some wear to the gold, but overall, all 5 dolls are in excellent condition.
