Anheuser Busch used the slogan "Ask Your Customers To Make The Budweiser Test" in all their advertising in the 1940s time period.
There are 3 versions of this Serving Tray (beer can/bottles) and this is the rarest of the 3, as it was the first version.
This does not include the small print under "Anheuser Busch Saint Louis, MO" with the distribution information.It's stripped down to show the artwork only.
Version two has "made by American can co USA" (distro info)version three has sold by "Novelty Manufacturing CO" (distro info)Good Pre-Owned condition. No major dents or rust. Paint shows wear, scrapes, and cracks consistent with the age of the tray.Over all a really great piece of American Breweriana perfect for any man cave or bar decor. Or simply a beer collector.
