Condition Description: Opened box. The building looks new and fits very tight in the form fitted styrofoam. There is a little package of accessories that has not been opened. The building is in the styrofoam and there is a cardboard wrapper around the styrofoam. The wrapper has a bit of shelf wear. Tested and works great - some of the photos reflect the lights on.
