This promotional item is from 1992 and was recalled in 1993soon after it was placed in Retail Stores because the lighter flashes redlights when the igniter is pushed. Fearful that it would attract young childrento play with it, they were recalled and removed from retail. This is aCollector's Item and lights up if the batteries still work after beingmanufactured 30+ years ago. They can be replaced with 2 - LR1130/AG10 1.5VWatch batteries. You will find that butane lighter fluid in most lighters driesup and evaporates after being stored for so many years and will need to berefilled. See instructions on the side of box on how to refill the lighter withbutane. The flap holding the 2pks of cigarettes was removed leaving the box open on one end. Lighter itself is still sealed in plastic.The one in the video wasopened, the flashing red lights worked but the flame did not light up.I will combine shipping to save you money.
