This is a vintage multi-size pattern including sizes 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, + 18. You cut the pattern to the line that corresponds with the size you need.

Estimated modern 00-12 - but please look at measurements shown in photo of back of envelope to confirm

This appears to be uncut and unused with instructions intact. There is wear to the envelope (including writing on envelope). The envelope is missing the flap.
