As is. Lights are glued in. All the defects are on one side of the tree. There are about 3 defects, two small chips and the third is the bulb broke off on the tree. I have circled these three defects on the tree in multiple photos. There’s an error on the underside of the base that I circled as well.

It measures 13” tall when on the base and including the star on top. Approximately 8 1/4” wide. And the tree is approximately 9 1/2” tall without the base, with the star. The tree is approximately 8 1/4” tall without the base or star.
