Vintage 1987Superman T-shirt,\"WHERE LEGENDS ARE BORN\", DC Comics.This is an original and limited release of a T-Shirt designed to celebrate Superman\'s 50th birthday at the Superman Expo in Cleveland, Ohio in 1988. This version features a Superman Logo: \" Where Legends are Born\" with Superman flying over the Cleveland skyline. Other versions had on the back the popular Radio Station mascot, The Buzzard, from WMMS 100.7 FM. Superman was created in Cleveland by Siegel and Shuster.
Tag partially removed, but based on pictures from past sales (which match the partial label) this is Made in USA, 50/50 cotton/polyester, One Size Fits All.Condition: good vintage condition: no holes, stains, or worn edges, three pin-prick size loss in graphics and small mark on cape (ink pen?), please see all photos.Measurements:Across shoulders - 18.8\"Across chest (arm pit to arm pit) - 22\"Length (back of collar to hem) - 27.5\"
