This knife is in very good used condition. The clip point blade is flat ground from 440 stainless steel and the handle is highlighted with genuine rosewood inlays. The fit and finish is excellent, with no blade wobble and great snap.
The Smith & Wesson Maverick Folding Hunters were built in the early 1980\'s. The Maverick was not only a Smith & Wesson design but was built by their knife division. These were the only stainless-steel folders S&W ever produced in-house.
