The Gnomes celebrate Christmas with their woodland friends in this artwork created by Ripley. These are the first two in a series of Fairies, Gnomes and Trolls. They are offered in their original 'Treasure Box' packaging.These have never been hung on a tree and have been kept in climate controlled storage.In the early 20th C. Corning adapted their lightbulb blowing machinery to make Christmas balls. Many were marketed under the label of Shiny Brite. In the 1970s the company sold ornaments under their own name. In the 1980s they began using the Vesta name marketing Christmas ornaments.Made in the USA. Shipping from Maryland.Please see my shop for other holiday collectables.
