Pattern description: "Misses' bloomers and set of short skirts -approx. 15": Pleated skirt V. 1 with side zipper and waistband has kilt tab trims. Flared skirt V. 2 has side zipper and waistband. V. 3 skirt with elastic waistline casing features a self tie belt. The bloomers have elastic waistline and leg casings."
