Behold! The extra large XL Merry Mushroom canister from the good people at Sears Roebuck... from 1978! Made in Japan, this canister is just too cute a well as highly functional. I used it for flour and it would hold a 5 lb bag. I have used this for years and loved it but have been making my own pottery and it\'s time for this cutie to lovingly find it\'s new home. At the photos show there is a little rub mark missing paint on the top of the lid, and another mark where the paint is darker. I only noticed these as I was photographing the canister and trying to look for imperfections. Also, inside the lid itself is some type of manufacturer defect where something very small rattles inside if you shake it. I think probably a small part of interior ceramic. Again, nothing I ever noticed until now - as I am wanting to give an 1000% honest description! Thank you for reading and have an awesome day!
