Description: Designed by Gayle Bright Appleby And Roger Akers. Limited Edition Plates. Made in Solid Brown Incolay Stone with White Relief. Metal plaque on rear. Incolay Studios of California. Made in the U.S.A. This collection is discontinued. It was active from 1977 until 1985.
INCOLAY Stone is a complex combination of various colored natural minerals and coupling agents. Since each piece is handcrafted and has a unique stone color formation, no two pieces are identical. The name INCOLAY is a coined word derived from "in-layers of color" or "in-color-lay" beauty.
Condition. Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. No boxes. See photos.
