Up for sale is a Vintage “Facts About Food Freezing” Booklet! This booklet was published in the late 1960s or early 1970s by the Electric Energy Association in New York, NY. The booklet includes information on freezer types, general rules on freezing, and specific information about types of food such as fruits, vegetables, meats, and more with several illustrations. It is a 40 pages and measures about 8½” x 5½”. As shown in the photos, the booklet is in very good condition with very little cover wear and light soiling. It is complete and remains securely stapled from its cover to its centerfold. The booklet has nice clean pages with no writing, creases, rips, or tears. This vintage “Facts About Food Freezing” booklet would make a great addition to your collection!
