I believe this is an M1967 Vietnam era nylon carrier. It is marked, \"CARRIER, SLEEPING GEAR, USA 100-68-C-2549\". Contract number is \"8465-935-6813\". It consists of a lightweight 12\" x 14\" Olive Green Nylon panel with brown nylon straps and velcro closures. In addition, it has a couple metal \'D\' Rings and buckles. It is designed to secure and carry the GI Mummy Sleeping Bag and Rain Poncho. Condition is NEW OLD STOCK and has been in storage since I closed my Military Surplus Store 30 years ago.
