This radio has been tested with the required 9V battery (not included) and is at least partially functional. Device powers on and picks up channels + audio, but the reception seems to be finicky. Device itself is in fair shape. Minor scratches + scuffs on the case, and there is a chip missing from the front panel of the case near where it meets the back panel. Much of this is barely noticeable.
