Antique Vintage 1965 Monogram model of the 1937 CORD PHAETON SEDAN W/Manual. I painstakingly went through the instruction manual and the parts to make sure everything was there. This kit is missing parts 7 & 8 (see picture of instruction 1), I’m not sure these parts are integral to the construction of the model. Part 40 is also missing, this may be a more important part. See pics, it’ll give you a better understanding of how integral that part is to the construction of the model. EVERY OTHER PART IS THERE. There is one part that has some body damage (see the last picture) that could possibly be hidden in a good paint job. Model cement and paint are not included.

This is a model of a depression born luxury car introduced in 1937, the classic 812 supercharged Cord convertible phaeton sedan stirred the imagination of the motoring public. Timing was a critical factor in the early demise of this great car. Priced at $3,060.00 at a time was in a deep depression, only a wealthy few could afford it, yet it has lived on in the hearts & minds of car enthusiasts to become a treasured gem among car enthusiasts.
