This vintage Wiss \"Bent Trimmer\" dressmaker\'s scissors and shears are a great addition to any collection. The handles are enameled black, and the 8 1/8\" tool features nickel-plated blades. The blades have a length of cut of 3 3/4\". This pair of scissors is a vintage original, introduced in 1963 and made in the United States. The model number is 428, and the finish is nickel plated. These scissors are perfect for any sewing project and would make a great addition to your collection.
This shears has signs of use and age, some of the enamel has worn off in places.
