Circa 1963 - 1964 38 of the US States out of 50 Miniature License Plate Stickers~These you could get from General Mills Wheaties Bran with Raisin Flakes Cereal by sending away for themIn Pre-Owned Vintage Condition~No odors, smoke-free~38 of the 50 US States License Plates circa 1963-1964~Silica covered Stickers with original backings; except N. Dakota had the backing removed & stuck to the back of the original mailing envelope~Age yellowing to backings & age yellowing to fronts with some having missing silica coating ie with tiny individual silica continuing to come off if handled alot with 8+ having creases ie CO, CT, TX, NM, IN, MT & NV etc with NV having a folded corner & 2 missing chip on edge ie MI & MT~Backings have water/outline/spot stainings
