Vintage 1960’s Mid Century Modern MORT N MARTON Wooden Canister with no lid sold as shown. Originally part of a canister set. Measures approximately 6 1/2” in height, 6” in diameter at the top and 6 1/2” in diameter at the base. Solid with rich color makes a great accent for holding kitchen utensils, towels, etc.
The Mort N. Marton Corporation was well know for its’ designs. This canister is a signature design styled reminiscent of a butter churn. This design is also in the similar design of their iconic ice bucket.
