ITEM HAS AGE RELATED WARE AND DISCOLORATION

ITEM HAS MINOR DAMAGE UNDERNEATH THE TREE BASE WHICH IS NOT VISIBLE WHEN TREEIS SET ONTOP OF LIGHT BASE. THE ONLY WAY TO SEE THE DEFECTS IS TO TAKE THE TREE OFF THE LIGHT BASE AND FLIP THE TREE UPSIDE DOWN TO SEE THE BOTTOM OF TREE BASE. PICTURES SHOWING THE DEFECTS ARE IN THE LISTING PICTURE
