A very nice vintage 1953 Zenith K412-R Portable Maroon Bakelite 4 tube radio.
This is a very small radio for a tube radio. The dimensions are 7 in. W x 4-1/2 in. H x 4 in. D. It weighs 3 pounds.Radio works great. I live in an area with very poor reception and pulled in a lot of stations.
The maroon Bakelite on the case is in perfect condition with no scratches or chips.
As is usual for these radios, there is some damage to the handle. (see photos)There is a burn mark at the top of the handle, the left handle post has worn a groove where it hits the case, and the Bakelite cover on the right handle post is broken off.NOTE: Power cord is not included. This radio was bench tested using jumper cables. It requires a two prong female cord for power. I do not have the cord,but they are available on and other places.
