I have been with this toaster from the day it was purchased in 1955. My mother bought it in Germany when I was born. We were in the military, and it has traveled all around the world and keeps on working. It survived a lightning strike (practically the only appliance that did). It has been to Panama and all across the US. THEY DON\'T make them like this anymore. It is in great working condition as you can see in the picture I just made toast this morning.
Does it have a few minor dings and scratches - absolutely - don\'t we all at this age. Does it come with some crumbs - probably - I tried to clean it out as much as possible but it has been used but never abused.
