This vintage turkey platter from Japan is a true gem for collectors. Made in the 1950s, it features a colorful design on ceramic material with a glossy finish. Tom Turkey is centered on a rural farm landscape with a border or fruits and vines. The oval shape measures 18.5\"x14\" and is perfect for serving a very large turkey. Its decoration style is transferware art pottery, a 200-year-old art form. The Rossini platter still has its original label on the underside.This endearing design adds a homey warmth to a table setting.
