Vintage 1940s Portraits: $20.00
These two women were born in PA coal mining country. The first one was born in 1928, and the graduate was born in 1929. They do not have any direct descendants. The first girl can not easily be removed from the cardboard frame, but the visible part is 4 1/2" x 3". Her father owned a grocery store. Her parents had moved to western PA for her high school years and this was taken by Clarence Long in Waynesburg, PA.The graduate measures 6" x 4" and has been lightly tinted by hand, and is enclosed in the original cardboard frame marked Berthold Studios. Her father and Grandfather were killed in the mines. I have posted many photographs, take a look and make a bundle. You will save on the photos and the postage, so let's do it!
