Super cool 40s era wire frame folding Jack knife by Geo. Schrade Knife Co. Stamped with patent date 1-27-42 in Bridgeport, CT
The drop point blade features a can opener, and the handle inside the wire frame is painted green, which indicates this knife was part of a Girl Scouts mess kit. Opens and closes smoothly with no structural issues.
Knife is in an impressively good condition with touches of patina and minor rust. The paint shows less wear than any others of this color that I\'ve been able to find online. Own a unique piece of history!
