Description: It is 3 3/4\"H. The ceramic base is just over 2\"W. No chips. Some loss of the water (it is over 70 years old) and the water is cloudy but you can still see the building inside. I DO combine shipping despite anycomputer generatedmessage you might receive from when trying to buy multiple items.
