Vintage 1930s Czechoslovakia Ceramic Figural Cow Creamer Orange Black Handle:

For your consideration is this adorable vintage creamer made in Czechoslavakia. According to Kovels, orange was a popular pottery color used up until the occupation in 1938. This would have been produced prior to that time. He looks like he was cold painted (painted on top of glaze) as the finish is almost matte. The cow\'s tail is cheekily fashioned into his handle. There is a hole in his back and his mouth serves as the pour spout. The bottom is marked \"Made In Czechoslavakia\" to which Pottery Marks and More was unable to match to a manufacturer. He measures 5.75 inches long x 2.1 inches wide x 4.2 inches tall. There are no chips, cracks or crazing present and his orange and black finish are still quite lovely. Great piece of pre-War pottery from Europe.
