Overall paper quality is good; smooth/clean, with good preservation of B&W images and sharp black typeset; little wear. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs. This sale includes the 1928 policy (approx 27.75\" x 8.5\") and mailing envelope (9\" x 4\").
