This is an amazing piece of Polo and Cartier USA History

1928 Cartier 8 Days ALARM clock in Sterling Silver. Made for the Intercircuit Polo Championship at the Point Judith Country Club (still in existence) in RI. This clock has the names of the riders and the pony’s who won that event. The semi famous riders were part of the elite New York business men who lost their fortunes shortly after this event in the Great Depression of 1929.
