Unique and very rare french advertising calendar for Canadian shoe and suitcase merchant. The cut out shape, texture and sheen of the poster adds to its charm. 20 1/4\" long x 12 1/2\" wide. It\'s large size makes it a charming piece of wall art.
Some corners are bent and edges show some wear. (see photo of elbow and top of basket handle) There is some slight stippling. (See photo close up of face) There is a stain on the word \"Chicoine\". Corners of the paper calendar are curled up and show signs of age more than the signboard itself. Several dates are marked off on each month. It has been attached to a wall with 2 thumb tacks, leaving a mark under the word \"Chicoine\".
