Vintage 1870's Straight Furrows Log Cabin Antique Quilt, Red & Cheddar Accents:

This VIBRANT cotton 1870's straight furrows log cabin quilt is all hand pieced and hand quilted, with solid red and cheddar accents.It measures 68" X 74" and is excellent condition, with a couple of small, faint spots and no wear.
There are rainbow designs quilted throughout at 5-6 stitches to the inch.
The back is white, the hand stitched binding is an early red and white plaid fabric, and the batting is thin. The quilt came out of Des Moines, IA.
The pics just don't do justice to this DAZZLING 19th century CLASSIC in GREAT CONDITION -- it would make a terrific wall hanging!!
