Invery good restored condition; but minor knocks, dents, staining andimpact marks are to be expected, along with a chip to the rear side. Norepairs to the handle, which is solid, and the strike button is a newreplacement. Stamped “Mathieson Glasgow, Best Warranted”, 2 1/4”to the rear. Complete with 2 1/4” “Alex Mathieson, Cast steel”Iron, with matching width unmarked cap iron, sharpened and ready foruse. Tried and tested, please see image of beech shavings made withthe plane.
