Vintage 16\" scallop edge round brass tray w/ engraved birds/bats/flowers/leaves:

Up for sale is this shiny metal (I think brass) tray with an engraved design of birds, bats, flowers and leaves. There is a sturdy scalloped edge which appears to have been soldered on with a silvery metal. The tray is15 7/8\" wide and 7/16\" deep. There are some spots of tarnish/discoloration, but I have not tried polishing it.
This was wrapped in a newspaper from 1998 so I know it\'s at least that old, but unfortunately I don\'t have any more information about it. An online search finds similar but smaller ones that had a \"made inHong Kong\" sticker so I\'m assuming this was made there as well.
