i show any problems that i noticed THIS IS ONE OF two early NEW YORK steal engraved prints i have up right now, in matching frames, but i am listing them separately. the matting is hand painted and i believe it is on glass, but as it is under glass, i am not positive, but it looks like it might be on glass, the print itself is from the mid 1800's, was published by N P Willis and illustrated by W H Barlett, it is hand colored, there is some age discolor to the paper, i believe you can tell from the photos i took of the exact condition, very cool and nicely framed. the other one has the name of the farmer on the back and it is LIVINGSTON GALLERIES out of NY city at 832 Lexington ave. with a phone of TE 8-4560 so that will let you know how long ago the early print was framed. neat.the scale behind the item is in inches. I pack in cardboard for your items protection.
