Vietnam Era Gentex Corp. SPH-4 Helicopter Pilot Helmet Size Regular. Item in Used condition. Has signs of wear, fading, scratches, nicks and scuffs throughout. Some surface corrosion on metal joint of the mouth mic. Has crack repair on center top of visor mount. Right side upper screw hole of visor has cracks, see photos. Inside ear foam insulation is falling apart. Comes with two extra clear lenses and flight bag. Has name “Watson” on back of helmet with name tape and “Watson” written with black marker on flight bag.
