Victory! Gorgeous antique metal Dog Clock case.

Very heavy case (4lbs 13 oz) metal case- it feels like cast iron or bronze with a BEAUTIFUL copper patina on the front. It is 11” high, 11” wide and about 2” deep. The opening is approximately 2” in diameter. It stands up perfectly. VERY good condition- no breaks or cracks or visible damage that I can detect. It says Victory on the dog’s collar and the boy on his back is blowing a horn and waving a banner in celebration. I’m guessing this is after WWI - but it could be from an even earlier conflict. If you have any information about this please let me know! There is an impression on the back which is pretty illegible but I found the same mark on a similar dog case here on and I am certain that it is the same manufacturer which is “ Golden Nov Manufacturer , Chicago”. This company made items like this as early as the late 1900’s, some celebrating the World’s Fair of 1893 held in Chicago. Please ask any questions before offerding.
