Once in the dear, dim days beyond recall… somebodystarted making a coverlet.

She got as far as crocheting the fancy parts (I’massuming it’s handcrafted ecru cotton crochet) and piecing the crocheted strips intocream-colored muslin. She evidently knewwhat she was doing!I wonder why thiswas never finished.

I have no idea how to date it, but… when I lookat it through the magnifying glass, it looks all hand-stitched. (But I can’t guarantee that.)

This piece fits my twin bed exactly. I don’t see any stains or rips, althoughthere may be damage here and there that needs fixing.

Are you the person to finish what this womanbegan? I imagine it could be beautifulwhen it’s done. I’m not sure how sturdyit is. I washed it by hand and ironed itjust a e-mail before offerding. Winnerwill pay for USPS Priority shipping. Igladly combine shipping for multiple purchases.
