Very Rare Royal Doulton Scuttle Shaving Mug:

You very seldom see these gorgeous stoneware shaving mugs come up for sale on .This one is manufactured by the Royal Doulton Co.of England and made for W.Hutton & Sons Ltd.in approximately 1890 as it says on the base.It is a dark blue color with applied pale blue flowers with green stems in relief and a dark brown colored handle.It also has the soap strainer included which normally you never see.It is 4\" x 6 1/2\" in size and has the silver mount on the rim without dents but it does have two hairlines on the inside of the bowl which I have shown in the photos but are very stable and do not go through to the outside of the mug.All in all a very scarce item!
