Original mid/late-1880s miniature CDV of a pit bull, taken by New Haven, Connecticut photographer Frank Bowman, with his advertising imprint and mention of Yale Art School on the back. My scan shows the front and the back of the same CDV Very rare small format! The entire piece measures about 2.5" x 1.5". It's in very good antique condition with light, age related discoloration or foxing, as shown, but no creases or notable damage. Shipping: First Class (flat photo mailer).
